ROUNDS 3 & 4
AUSTRALIA, Canberra

In race 1, BMW's Alan Easterbrook crushed the field with a brilliant triple: pole position, fastest lap and race win.

Race 2 was a little tougher for Peugeot driver Kevin Edwards, but the man who started from pole successfully held off the opposition in a very close race. Hendrik Simba set fastest lap just to show BMW's raw pace.

Grischa Zickler was drafted in to replace Caleb Liu at LADA, and Phillip Lunabba raced for Honda in the place of Rena Hayami.

DRTW Press Release....

A wonderfull 4th Race from Edwards.... from pole straight to the victory, this is a big succes for the Peugeot team, who worked really hard for this result.

At Volvo, we are satisfied to score again points.... but we can't fight for the podium.

So lets go to Germany and score again points and hopefully again a podium.

Rounds 5 & 6
GERMANY, Oschersleben

Honda vs BMW: take 3.

In race 1, Honda's Rena Hayami dominated proceedings, with the triple crown.

Race 2 however was a thrilling, wheel-to-wheel four-way fight between the BMWs and Hondas. Hendrik Simba had grabbed the pole, but Hayami and Jan Oner's Hondas fought all the way to keep up. Alan Easterbrook in the other BMW nearly snatched the win from Simba with two laps to go, but in the end the Dutchman took the win. With the top 4 seperated by 1.2 seconds.

Oner grabbed the fastest lap, in a brilliant race.

Rounds 7 & 8
BELGIUM, Zolder

Honda demonstrated a BMW-esque clean sweep at Zolder to stamp their intent on the championship trophy.

Rena Hayami became the first woman to convert pole position to fastest lap in race 1, but it was her team-mate Caleb Liu who took the chequered flag for Honda, with Hayami in second.

In race 2, Liu dominated proceedings with a triple crown: pole, fastest lap and victory. The last lap was poainful for Honda however as a 1-2 was ruined when Jan Oner's BMW overtook Hayami with just three corners to go.

Rounds 11 & 12
CZECH REPUBLIC, Brno

Honda really have found the momentum to win the championship, as their Malaysian star Caleb Liu demonstrated, with a complete sweep.

In race 1, he took pole, fastest lap and race victory despite a broken front wing, which he picked up hitting a backmarker two laps from home.

In race 2, he completely flopped his start dropping down to fifth. But somehow he fought through, to take another triple crown victory. A maximum 34 points from a weekend puts the Malaysian at the top of the table.

Rounds 13 & 14
AUSTRIA, Salzburgring

The former home of the European Super Cup played host to the seventh meeting of the season. And while Caleb Liu was racing LWS cars in Bogota, Jan Oner took the opportunity to take two convincing victories.

In race 1, the BMW driver snatched the lead from pole man Wolfgang Pollen, and held off fastest lap man Oliver Kelly to take a great first win of the weekend.

Race 2 however was a total Jan Oner domination. Nobody even get a sniff of victory behind him.
